COPYRIGHT AND PERMISSIONS FOR K=1 PROJECT MATERIALS
A central mission of the K=1 Project is to make its resources (which include but are not limited to articles, films, interviews, illustrations, simulations, videos, and interactive resources) available to the public. In support of this mission, K=1 Project provides access to its resources for purposes that include support of research and education.
Users of K=1 Project resources, including those posted on the K=1 Project website or any other online platforms, must respect copyright and other legal rights held by other parties that may affect their subsequent use. Where materials are protected by copyright law, K=1 Project provides access to them for educational, scholarly and research purposes.
K=1 Project resources may be protected by copyright and may be subject to license or other rights, such as rights of privacy or the use of names and likenesses.
